Hillary is focused on winning the Presidency. She knew that to do so she had to discredit and silence anyone who accused Bill ( or Hillary) of criminal or unethical behaviour.
The way she chose to do this was to try to dig up dirt on any of their opponents or anyone who knew something which could hurt the Clintons and use it to blackmail them.
Hillary cares much more about her power than she does feminism.
Because she is a feminist who will abuse and trash any other woman who stands in the way of her man and her.
