What is the greatest need to having long relationship between husband and wife?

Determination.... If you both are not only determined to go until death do you part, and are determined to love one another, determined to communicate and determined to be faithful, your marriage will have a better chance at surviving. NOW, that doesn't mean it will. Both parties have to do their part in the marriage and resist anything that would threaten the marriage. (Determined LOL)

Never belittle each other, have little fights from time to time but not terrible ones after long periods of lull. They are equal to world wars.
Respect, love, trust, open communication and the ability to compromise.
Love, communication, and a time out. Time out helps to avoid arguements. You both can calm down and have fun together.

I have been married for 16 years to the same man. Its hard sometimes but you just gotta remember how much you love each other
