You can impress your husband by communicating with him to find out where the two of you stand on family values, and bringing more children into this world, and your family. There's an obvious huge gap here, because you're being selfish by wanting another child, and being completely oblivious to your husband's AND family's needs. Take a step back, and talk to your husband about your desires to have another child, and take it from there.
Enjoy your daughter and make sure your husband is active in her care. If he is involved he will see the joy she brings to your lives and then you can discuss having a larger family in the FUTURE. Do not pressure or trap him because in the end you will both be miserable and end up with what you don't want (divorce, raising kids on your own, husband spending long periods of time away from home, husband resenting you and houseful of kids, etc.)

recreation does not necessarily end up in procreation. minimum recess between two kids is medically advisable .hence present juncture is not conducive to ur plans.
you shouldn't be planning having children on your own, it is supposed to be a mutual decision
