What should a christian husband do if his wife commits adultery?

Well I wouldn't exactly give her a commendation for stellar behavior or anything. I do not know if I could take her back. I guess that would depend on how sorry she was or if she were inclined to want to do it again. That is a pretty awful transgression and betrayal of trust to just act like nothing happened. I could not live with a cheating spouse that is for sure. She would have to stop and never do it again.What should a christian husband do if his wife commits adultery?
Divorce is not of God as he intended for you to marry her. She was chosen by God to be your partner in life. If she committed adultery you must confront her about her. Have her tell you the truth from her mouth then forgive her because we are all likely to sin. We are all sinners but God has always forgiven us in so many times.


Also you need to pray for God to assist both of you in this.What should a christian husband do if his wife commits adultery?
Well, gee, he could do the christian* thing and forgive her.


Then he might want to take a realistic look at why she might have done something like that in the first place.


If the love and trust is dead, so is the marriage.
And what if it is the husband who cheats?





Forgiveness is the first step. It will help to heal the ';non-guilty'; party.

-deep conversation to resolve the issues


-a second honeymoon.





Divorce only makes things worse and should be the last option. It will just make the wound deeper.
As a Christian you should not believe in divorce. Divorce is breaking a promise made in front of God. According to Biblical law it is your job to bring her back to God and to save her. It is your duty as a husband. She must ask for God's forgiveness as well as yours.
He Must be Happy and say:


He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.





and Let her commits adultery again and again

you guys really need to sit down and have an adult discussion and work this out...use the Lord as a crutch and you two can come to an agreement...just make sure that you dont overreact and do anything like a divorce (that would not be too christianly)
Well, she would not his wife, instead a sister in Christ, and they would have to go to counseling. Overall, forgiveness.

He should forgive her. As God freely forgave us, so we should freely forgive others.


But if he has hardened his heart to the idea, he could divorce her, as seeing as Jesus said the only grounds for divorce would be adultery.
He could divorce her or stay married, but regardless of what happens to the marriage, he should forgive her.
Annul the marriage, like everybody else. Then move on with your life.
